I have not listened to radioshows since soul nation shut down . in manchester the soul/rnb djs play the same boring set.
however this dj stevie street is amazing . im a regular listener . he mixes things up with the old and new , he just keeps you glued to the airwaves . a slightly earlier timslot would be even better . keep up good work peacefm .
Greetings Neil
Thank you for your positive comments.
Positive Energy Always Creates Elevation = P E A C E.
All of our Djs volunteer their time, and therefore are on when they are available. Most work during the daytime. If an earlier slot comes up and Stevie Street is available I am sure we shall approach him.
Stay tuned and stay blessed.
I KNOW YOU GOT SWAGG/FLAVA…STREET. I ENJOY CHECKING YOU FROM HERE IN THE U.S.A BRO. ATLANTA, GA….YOU KNOW ME ‘II CLOSE’ 90S NU JACK SWING/MUSIC. GET ME ON THE SHOW SOMEDAY FAM….PEACE!!
Hi
I also want to listen to the show of stevie, but i am from Berlin/Germany and i have to work on daytime, so his show is much to late for a weekdayshow for me.
shocked to hear it’s your last show next week stevie , what are peacefm doing ? felt compelled to say something , all the best !
In a world of almost endless choice of shows and DJ’s playing this sort of music, this show truly stands out. It’s the balance between old and new music and how they complement each other that gives the show a USP. Stevie knows his music but never preaches to his listeners, instead he invites them in. His enthusiasm and joy seem perfectly natural, and he has that rare skill which makes each listener feel like they are being addressed on a one to one level (which is really what it’s all about).
I really don’t listen to radioshows as time is at a premium for me , however i always try to make time & listen this show on peacefm .
In Fact i didn’t even know this station existed before then.
I have been listening to steviestreet since he started middle of last year i’m a regular listener & enjoy his diversity that he supplies on his shows which provides a nice balance & fits in nicely with the other genres played on the station .
Taking this show away would not be a good move as i feel the station needs presenters like stevie .
Infact he should be given an earlier slot so his show can grow even more as the 11pm-1am is quite late .
Keep up the good work peacefm by keeping stevie …
i cant believe this show is under threat ? why ? this show has raised the profile of peacefm . no offence but the other dj’s seem come with a similar set every week . who else plays new music like he does ?? this show has to stay and must be earlier too .
